How does iPhone Service work exactly?

This can get a little technical but by providing a connection from the DVR to our secure server we can then provide a remote connection from the iPhone to our secure server. You can then begin to view your surveillance system remotely on your iPhone or iPod device!

Will the iPhone 2G model work correctly with this service?

Yes it will work. The better your bandwidth connection the better the remote viewing quality will be.

Does this work with any other Phones?

Unfortunately this is specifically designed for the iPhone or iPod. There is a chance that your type of cellular device is supported by the DVR (contact us and we will try to help you out).

How long does this service last?

This service is a monthly billable service and requires renewal after 1 year.

How long does it take to get Offsite Monitoring Setup?

Setup for this service takes up to 48 Hours to completely setup. We do the complete setup remotely if possible.
